Civil Aviation Safety Supervision Course

Planned so as to expand and consolidate the technical skill required to supervise airport security activities targeted at protecting civil aviation against illegal interference actions.

The target audience consists in staff from ANAC, its Regional Managements (GER), HQ and Local Airport Administration, airlines, air transportation auxiliary service companies, and airport concessionaires in charge of supervising the measures to protect civil aviation against illegal interference actions.

Purpose:
Upon conclusion, the student should be able to supervise the civil aviation preventive security measures to be applied when performing airport supervision activities, in compliance with the law in force.

Total hours: 32 hours

Requirements for registration:
a) have successfully concluded the Basic Civil Aviation Safety Course and have been approved in ANAC’s (National Civil Aviation Agency – Brazil) Certification Exam;
b) have successfully concluded the X-Ray Operator Course and have been approved in ANAC’s Certification Exam;
c) have at least 06 (six) month verifiable experience in the Civil Aviation System;
d) present a criminal background check;
e) present proof of employment granted by the organization to which he/she belongs.
